Fair Usage Policy
Applicable to all Unlimited Plans
To ensure consistent performance and a fair distribution of network resources for all users, our Unlimited Plans operate under a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). This policy outlines how data speeds may be managed under certain conditions.
Please note that the FUP also clarifies the reseller's responsibility to communicate its key principles to their end users.
The FUP itself does not contain fixed throttling thresholds, as these parameters are reviewed and adjusted periodically based on technical and operational considerations. However, to provide full transparency, below is an overview of the current configuration applicable to our Unlimited Plans:

They do not form part of the Cooperation Agreement, do not constitute a service level, commitment, or undertaking by Yesim, and may be updated, adjusted, or replaced at any time at Yesim's sole discretion.
